Easy Going — Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

At Easy Going, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

By placing an order through the Easy Going online store, you acknowledge and agree to the delivery arrangements described below, subject to your rights under applicable South African law.

1. Order Processing

After you place an order with Easy Going, we will process and prepare your order for dispatch.

Orders are generally processed before being handed to our courier partner.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volumes, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances that may affect fulfilment.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.

2. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timeframe is:

8–14 Business Days

This means that orders are generally expected to arrive within 8–14 business days after processing and dispatch.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

The 8–14 business day period is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery times may occasionally be longer because of circumstances outside Easy Going's reasonable control.

3. Delivery Service — Aramex Store-to-Door

Easy Going uses Aramex Store-to-Door for deliveries.

After an order has been dispatched, the parcel is handed to the courier for transportation and delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery is subject to the applicable Aramex Store-to-Door terms and conditions, including its operational procedures, delivery requirements and applicable limitations.

Easy Going is not responsible for delays or delivery difficulties caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier operational delays, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, unsuccessful delivery attempts, severe weather, public holidays or other events beyond our reasonable control.

However, nothing in this policy excludes or limits any responsibility or consumer right that Easy Going is legally required to accept under South African law.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, Easy Going will provide the relevant tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their shipment.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information when placing an order.

Easy Going cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has already been dispatched.

Easy Going is not responsible for additional costs or delays resulting from information incorrectly supplied by the customer, including:

  • Incorrect addresses;
  • Incomplete addresses;
  • Incorrect contact numbers;
  • Incorrect delivery information; or
  • Failure to respond to reasonable delivery attempts.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier may make delivery attempts using the contact and address information supplied with the order.

Customers should ensure that someone is reasonably available to receive the delivery where required.

If delivery cannot be completed because of circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where permitted by the courier's terms and applicable law.

7. Delivery Delays

Easy Going works to meet the estimated 8–14 business day delivery timeframe.

However, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier delays;
  • Severe weather;
  • Public holidays;
  • High shipping volumes;
  • Operational disruptions;
  • Incorrect customer information;
  • Failed delivery attempts; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where Easy Going becomes aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer and provide relevant information.

8. Orders That Have Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact Easy Going Customer Support with your order number.

We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, liaise with the courier to determine the status of the parcel.

Customers should allow reasonable time for tracking information and courier investigations to be completed.

9. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed to have been lost during delivery, Easy Going will investigate the matter with the courier and take the appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law and the relevant courier arrangements.

We will not simply disregard a customer because the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact Easy Going as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate, please provide photographs or video showing:

  1. The outside of the package;
  2. Any visible damage;
  3. The product packaging; and
  4. The affected product.

This information may help Easy Going investigate the matter with the courier.

Your rights under South African consumer law are not affected by this reporting requirement.

11. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • The wrong product;
  • A materially different product from the one ordered;
  • A product with missing components; or
  • An order that is materially incomplete,

please contact Easy Going as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and relevant photographs or other information that may help us investigate the issue.

Easy Going will provide the appropriate remedy where required under applicable law.

12. Customs and Import Charges

Where an order involves international delivery, customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges may apply.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of the destination country and for charges that are legally payable by the recipient.

13. Delivery Risk and Consumer Rights

Easy Going will comply with applicable South African consumer-protection requirements relating to delivery and the transfer of risk.

The Consumer Protection Act provides, among other things, rules concerning the supplier's responsibility for delivery and the point at which risk in delivered goods passes to the consumer.

Accordingly, this policy does not attempt to transfer all delivery risk to the customer simply because a parcel has been handed to Aramex.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove, restrict or waive a consumer right that cannot legally be removed, restricted or waived.

14. Statutory Consumer Rights

This Shipping & Delivery Policy operates together with applicable South African consumer-protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, as applicable.

For online transactions, South African law requires suppliers to make information concerning delivery timing and their return, exchange and refund policies available to consumers.

Where mandatory South African law provides a consumer with a right or remedy that differs from this policy, the applicable law will prevail.

Important note about delivery estimates

This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Easy Going will nevertheless comply with any mandatory delivery obligations imposed by applicable South African law.
